All State Health Coordinating Council (SHCC) meetings of the full Council will be held in Multipurpose Room 01110 in the Department of Health and Human Services building located at 1915 Health Services Way in Raleigh. Detailed directions and parking information can be found here. These meetings will be held from 10:00 a.m. until noon. There will be no virtual attendance option for SHCC meetings.
All SHCC committee meetings will be held via MS Teams. Instructions for members of the public to join the meetings will be provided beside each meeting date below in advance of each meeting. Teams meetings will be held from 10:00 a.m. until noon.

The Agency posts agendas, documents, and presentations approximately one week before each meeting. When posted, Healthcare Planning notifies the Interested Parties and SHCC via email. Click on the meeting date to access this information as it becomes available.
The Council will conduct a public hearing on statewide issues related to the development of the North Carolina Proposed 2027 State Medical Facilities Plan immediately following the business meeting on February 25, 2026.
