Basic Licensure Training (BLT)

Are you planning to start a facility or provide services regulated under North Carolina Mental Health Licensure (MHL) rules?

Basic Licensure Training (BLT) is designed for individuals seeking information about the MHL licensure process, required documentation, applicable rules, and provider responsibilities.

• Download or print the Basic Licensure Training materials prior to training.
• Printed copies will not be provided at the session.
• Bring materials for taking notes.
• Wi-Fi access may be limited; please ensure digital materials are accessible offline before arrival.
• Due to limited seating, children may not attend training sessions.
